Dining at The Birchwood Club is truly a memorable experience. Executive Chef Keith Nelson and his accomplished staff create meals comparable to fine restaurants across the country, and Keith's dessert creations must be seen and tasted to be believed! The Main Dining Room can seat 180 with two adjacent dining rooms seating 30 and 60 respectively. The Cocktail Lounge is the perfect setting to meet friends before dinner and enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail with complimentary evening appetizers. During the summer months, the glass walls afford a view of the clubs lovely gardens. During winter months, the crackling fireplace warms all who enter.
Lunch may include refreshing gazpacho, cold pastas, satisfying sandwiches or fresh salads. Dinners, with nightly and seasonal specials are always delicious. Whether ordering a hearty steak, the freshest fish, perfectly cooked pasta or vegetarian special, your meal will always delight. The Grill Room is the perfect answer for lunch or dinner after a hard match or invigorating swim. It's also the place to feed hungry kids after they've spent the day swimming and playing at Birchwood. The Grill Room offers self-service fare in a "come-as-you-are" setting. Hot dogs, burgers, salads and ice cream treats highlight the menu. Eat in air-conditioned comfort or take your food outside and sit with friends at the many umbrella tables on the lawn or patio.
The Grill Room magically becomes The Birchwood Bistro in the evening where casual dining still reigns but table service and a more extended menu is available.
